In order for your application to be denied or accepted you must post it on here with your answers attached.

We ask that you answer each question honestly and to the best of your ability.
Keep in mind that, should you be chosen, you will have to follow all the rules for administrators, which are more strict than the rules for regular users.

These rules include:
- You can roleplay, but you cannot be a part of any clan/Pack/Flock.
- You cannot tell anyone about warnings or bans that occur.
- You cannot kick anyone from public rooms unless they are breaking the rules.
- You cannot interfere in private room disputes except under special circumstances.
- You must know all the rules and enforce them.
- You must have the patience to handle young children.
- If someone insults you, you are not allowed to insult them back.
- You cannot be biased in your decisions. If your friends are breaking the rules, you must act against them.
- You must listen to the higher ranking administrators.
Breaking any of these rules will result in a demotion.

Not on a chatlands site, no, however on a webs site I have been an admin for around a year.

What is wrong with the following situation, and how would you fix it?
- AwesomeDude and AshFace come into a room, and AwesomeDude starts insulting AshFace. AshFace calls AwesomeDude some nasty names to defend himself. The other users in the room start joining in and taking sides.

AwesomeDude started a feud within the room by insulting AshFace, and instead of telling AwesomeDude to stop AshFace began to insult AwesomeDude back. To fix this I would start by telling everyone to settle down and stop fighting and try to reason with them in a calm way, if this didn't work and a few people were still arguing the I would kick the one whom was causing the most problems from the room, with a fair warning to stop.

I wanted to be more, a bigger part of the website to help it grow and become popular.

Yes I am part of an administration.It is a website I created called,'The Plague War' I have started this year and currently have been apart of it for 4 weeks.

What is wrong with the following situation, and how would you fix it?
- AwesomeDude and AshFace come into a room, and AwesomeDude starts insulting AshFace. AshFace calls AwesomeDude some nasty names to defend himself. The other users in the room start joining in and taking sides.

AwesomeDude,andAshFace brought up something that should have never been brought up.I would give a warning that's fair,by kicking people really involved in the whole fight.I wouldn't kick those who just wanted to join in because their 'best friend is joining it'.Once the sides have calmed down,I would talk to AwesomeDude and AshFace,in a calm manner.I would then talk to the crowd reminding them that if it happens again,I would fairly take no excuses and kick someone else involved in something like this again.

Why do you want to become a part of the DR staff?

I wanted to be part of something I can actually help.I didn't just want to sit there,and see if this site failed or not.I want to help this site to become something everyone can enjoy,for example me and my friends could enjoy this as well.

Yes, Beyond- about two months. InnerSouls- About three months. Survie- About a month

What is wrong with the following situation, and how would you fix it?
- AwesomeDude and AshFace come into a room, and AwesomeDude starts insulting AshFace. AshFace calls AwesomeDude some nasty names to defend himself. The other users in the room start joining in and taking sides.
What is wrong- They are fighting and Awesome just started insulting Ash.
What I would do- I would tell all of the users to stop and drop it. If they don't then I would start kicking.

-Yes-Broken Forest-A few days, and still an admin

What is wrong with the following situation, and how would you fix it?

AwesomeDude and AshFace come into a room, and AwesomeDude starts insulting AshFace. AshFace calls AwesomeDude some nasty names to defend himself. The other users in the room start joining in and taking sides.

-AwesomeDude started insulting AshFace for no apparent reason, and it increased the problem with all the users in the room joining in.
-I would firstly, ask for logs secondly ask for people to calm down if they didn't comply I'd give them all a warning, if they still continued I would:
-A. (If I was a Gamma or lower rank) - Call a higher rank Admin to help
-B. (Beta or higher) - Continue on to a second warning then kick/ban depending on the severity of the problem if it progresses

- To be a reliable source for new comers
- To be a "mentor" or "elder" to pass on positive outcomes to others
- To make others feel safe
